- More than 36 years of experience in project management, including electrical contracting, estimating, budgeting, purchasing and invoicing
- Motorcycle rider since he was 16. Rode his Classic Harley–Davidson Bagger to Milwaukee to join Harley lovers celebrating the company’s 100th anniversary
- Married 14 years to wife Karen
- Father of four: daughter Ashley, sons Eric and Tyler, and stepdaughter Laura
- Grandfather of two: Lillian and Dexter
- Helped create Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training (FEAT), Orlando’s largest electrical training program and served on the board of directors for 13 years

- More than 25 years in commercial electrical projects as well as safety and quality control
- Eight–year Navy veteran as a sonar technician and master–at–arms
- Has built a shooting range on his 5–acre lot. Enjoys four–wheeling and watching NASCAR and football
- Married 22 years to wife Cynthia
- Father of three girls: Christina, Caitlin, and Clarissa
- Grandfather of Aiden

- Joined the company in 2013
- Received the Charles Idel Safety Award (Gold level) from Associated Builders and Contractors of Central Florida. Steve also has received the STEP (Safety Training and Evaluation Process) Silver and Platinum awards from the association.
